Julie Hoang

Julie Hoang is the Founder and Director of CCTO (NSW Real Estate Accounts), bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate and trust accounting. As a full Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) member in Australia and NSW Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Master’s Degree of Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales, she combines strong accounting expertise with in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.

Her services span residential, commercial and sales trust accounting, general bookkeeping, payroll, sales commissions, budgeting and forecasting, BAS, and broader financial administration. Julie has supported independent agencies, established offices and franchise networks alike, working closely with real estate principals, property managers, sales teams and external advisers to deliver reliable, practical accounting support.

She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, and for working effectively under pressure. Julie brings a collaborative team approach alongside the ability to work independently and take ownership of her responsibilities, adapting quickly to new systems, environments and business requirements.
